Every cf0 account belongs to an organisation. There are no personal accounts — the organisation is the workspace that ties together your team, billing, and shared research environment. All member seats, documents, and skills are scoped to the org you belong to.Documentation Index

Create an organisation
When you sign up for cf0, you either create a new organisation or accept an invitation to join an existing one. If you are the first person at your firm to sign up, cf0 will prompt you to name your organisation during onboarding. You must belong to an organisation to use cf0. If you arrive without an invitation, contact your org admin or reach out to the cf0 team to get set up.
Invite team members
Open your organisation settings
Navigate to Settings and select your organisation from the top of the page, or go directly to the organisation management panel.
Enter the member's email address
Type the email address of the person you want to invite. cf0 sends them an email invitation with a secure signup link.
Roles
cf0 uses two roles within an organisation:Admin
Admins have full control over the organisation. They can invite and remove members, manage billing, approve and publish shared Skills, and access org-level usage data in the Dashboard.
Member
Members can use Lab, Filings, Reports, Documents, and personal Skills. They see only their own usage data and cannot access billing or org-level settings.
Billing and seats
cf0 bills per analyst seat on the Pro plan. Each person you invite who accepts their invitation counts as one active seat. Seats are billed at the start of each billing cycle based on the number of active members at that time.Removing a member from the organisation deactivates their seat. They will lose access to cf0 immediately. Billing adjusts at the next cycle.
